With the style applied

Description:

Color replacement for the Spigot forums, hub and some JIRA, from orange to blue.

If something is still orange : either it was forgotten or I could not get it to work (for example the quick profile tooltip on forums and bootstrap links on JIRA reset the CSS on each refresh for some reason).

Note: works best on Firefox due to the Chrome API loading CSS asynchronously on page load, resulting in a delay to apply the style.
