Remove Sidebar and Top Black Bar from GMail

Description:

Removes top black bar and sidebar on Gmail, making the email window wider. Perfect when using the preview pane with vertical split, but should also work for normal view.

Works as of April 2012, I expect Google will update the code at some point in the future.
