A few small styles that make the inbox easier to read: 1) Larger and darker fonts, 2) Dividers between messages, 3) Helvetica Neue font, 4) Highlighted current day in calendar, 5) Smaller pictures, 6) Better headings, 7) Hide actions, 8) Buttons that look like buttons.
Ah, much better.
