OK this one is a real hack up, as in it will mess up the Guardian Unlimited front page and some other pages on GU.
i don't really use the GU front page as i usually come to GU articles from a link on reddit or slashdot so this is perfect for me. If you use GU a lot i wouldn't recommend this style.
i wrote this one as a personal one and i wasn't going to put it on here coz it's a bit of a mess (it's not my fault, it's the Guardian's fault as they use tables and they don't name, or class, any of them, WEB1.0.) but i thought someone may find it useful.
i also made a similar one:

First install FreeStyler to use this style.
