MyAnimeList: Recolor/remove notification bells

With the style applied
New Unread Message Color
Unread Messages Color
All Messages Marked Read Color
Change "inherit" to "none" to remove new unread message bell (orange by default)
Change "inherit" to "none" to remove unread message bell (darker blue by default)
Change "inherit" to "none" to remove All Messages Marked Read Bell (lighter blue by default)

Description:

On the theme install page, choose to remove or recolor any phase of the bell! It is even possible to keep the new unread message bell and remove the others. Compatible with other MAL Stylish themes. See Additional Info for other useful themes to remove parts of MAL.
