Description:

Inspired by Blogger Wide Screen Editor by HannibalSmith@userstyles but less code, fills the width of the browser window and only applies to the edit page instead of the whole Blogger domain.

Tested 22-June-2009.

21-Feb-2010: Made title input box full width of table cell (though not full width of the page).
