By default maps to qbt.localhost. Unless you have some serious configuration issues, all hosts under localhost point to... well localhost, so if you want to use a different URL, just change where the userstyle applies to match your preferred hostname. (The reason not to just match localhost is that people may have several different webapps running and we don't want to mess with anything but qBittorrent).
