Basically mimics the Dark Blue Google themes for the main page background, with a lighter blue for the posts themselves.

Re-sizes the quick reply box to make it larger and moves text area in the advanced reply page so that it is centered properly (is part way off the screen when viewing with firefox)

Updated for first time since forum layout change

Increases size of shout box to 350px to allow easier viewing of messages.
