Sorted the code and removed faulty elements.

Threw in a new banner at the top.
Removed the top advertisement bar at the banner.
Reduced the post banner in size since it's barely in use anymore.
Changed the location of Quote, Report and Edit.
New buttons added for both Search bars.
Numerous font changes and sizes.

Threw in an Easter egg. I wonder if anyone will find it~
.. and probably tons of other stuff I've forgotten. Most of the old features from the VB theme is still in use.
