By default, it removes colored text set by users, hides deleted images under favorites tab, and compacts the boxes at the search page.

Notes -

Sticky Hidden Navigation - Sticky, AKA fixed positioned. It remains invisible until you hover at the top of the viewport.

Remove Banner Area (Navigation Mod compatible) - You might need to increase the em padding value to make room for the navigation, so it doesn't cover the user page tabs.
