Description:

Tweaks the updated (Spring 2017) WordPress.org Plugin Directory to make it usable again on Desktop computers. No more stupid "Read more" toggles and other helpful tweaks, not only for power users.

Removes "Featured" section on plugin directory home page
Removes "Locale Banners" that point non-English-speaking users to localized sites - but it is annoying to see these banners everywhere, especially for power users
Removes the stupid "Read more" toggles --> all content on the page, already opened!
Increase width of main content (left), reduce width of meta data (right sidebar)
Visual tweaks to section headlines and FAQ section to make it more appealing to capture content on first sight
Visual tweaks for plugin cards, to better capture overview of plugins on first sight
Visual tweaks to pagination when browsing plugin cards
Subtle tweaks to Plugin Reviews and Support Forum section
