Description:

Improves the so-called new interface by stripping out everything you don't need (header, footer, tools sidebar, most of the icons) and swapping the ridiculous accordion style navigation with a more intuitive tab interface. Also restyles the login area.

Note: DOES NOT RESTYLE THE CLASSIC MODE

This is a ALMOST finished product and will be updated with more stuff. The TODO list currently contains using base 64 to add images into the style and improving the color scheme.
