Google IG Fluid Column
Description:
Columns 1 and 3 (the sides) will stay fixed at a pixel value, 250px and 364px default, respectively, which I found to be good for having the calendar on the left, and the weather on the right, with gmail and reader in the middle.
This style will apply to all tabs equally, as it can't discern between them.
==update 1==
*Discovered modules in certain areas of column 1 had become un-draggable. Column 2 was overlapping the grab areas.
**Applying position:relative fixed that, but made dragging *weird* for column 1 and 2.
**But dragging works.
*Abandoned min-width on column 2 for min-width on the document body.
**Document widths below 1024px will cause IG to generate a horizontal scrollbar, but column 2 won't squish into oblivion.
*Stabilized the spaces between modules at 8px.

* changed the method from negative margins (from 3col liquid proper) to using absolute positioning with left and r
