Description:

Removes the most egregrious of the ads on the site. Some subtle ads related to jobs / whitepapers / subscriptions have not been removed. If there is demand, let me know and they can be gone too.

(works fine with the 18th July 2007 style update as far as I can tell; please review and mention any ad-block that you feel should have also been removed).
