First things first, this style is inspired & built upon the Gmail: tango! icon theme style by "smaug@userstyles"

This style will Pimp up the Gmail Userbar, which is nothing but your settings, help, logout etc links at top-right hand corner of the page.
The icons in this style are all 16px, taken from the style mentioned above.
