Maximizes the document-screen and hides all stuff on th left in a Sidebar, that extens after moving the mouse over the dark line on the left side of the page, while removing all unnecery stuff like the Google Docs-logo.
the sidebar is tranceparent, so you can (partly) red the text behind the Sidebar, even if the sidebar is extented (depending on how big the text is)
