Pawsru.org Dark Furry Nav Panel v0.01

All it really does so far is make the background black. This is Version 0.01 and I spent all of 10 minutes cutting up the original style to work for the Nav panel so far and it's no where near perfect, but does make it match a *little* better.
Hopefully I can get around to updating it a little and make it seamlessly match Pawsru.org/4chan Dark Furry
First install FreeStyler to use this style.
