Maximises the height of the reader pane in Google Reader.

WARNING: this style hides much of the Google Reader interface I deem unnecessary. If you do not like what is hidden this style is probably not for you.

You should reload Google Reader after installing this style for the changes to take effect correctly.

If you use this you probably will want to also install my "Google Reader quick hide message" Greasemonkey script at http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/10564 as well. If you don't the message displayed after rename, folder change etc. operations will prevent you from being able to access the home page for feeds and the Folder/Feed settings... drop-down until the message disappears (normally ~1min after a successful operation).
