Google - Change new layout

With the style applied

Description:

This slightly modifies the new layout of google's search results.

1) Removes sponsored links on the right

2) move the new search refining toolbox to the right instead

3) one or two other minor modifications.

Right now, is set to work with google.com. For google.ca, etc., simply change the domain in the code.
