Fixes the header on the maps page so that everything is shown.
Long titles cause some stuff to wrap (especially the infamous favorite adder), so that they become hidden under the menu/map.
Also removes the flash banner in the header so more space is available.

Also removes the Google Ads & copyright notice from the bottom.
