Description:

From scratch rewrite of Google Reader Optimized - 31d1 edit that is more to my liking. I will probably not continue maintaining that one.

Aims are to mazimize screen area and remove distractions, bling, and functions I never use (like add subscription and next/pre item) while keeping useful functionality (like search and view settings) present and usable.

09/28/07 - hide #gbar and #gbh
