Result: A refreshingly un-cluttered, functional sidebar that needs no scrolling to view.

- Following page now un-broken on old Twitter.
- Now also cleans up the new Twitter preview. (Let me know if I missed any bugs)
- Restore "Similar to..." block for profile pages not your own on new Twitter.
- Now also cleans up Twitter's look circa January 2013.
- Now clears out the in-stream "who to follow" box and the "Advertise with Twitter" link in the footer/sidebar.
