Description:

Now with colors based on Google Web Search - Blue Theme (vC), Changes userstyles.org to have a blue background and white text, and textboxes to have a lemon color. It moves the front page sidebar left. Now supports http://userstyles.org/forum . Updated to style quotes in the forum, and disables blink tags in posts.

Updated with some minor tweaks. Links are now underlined on hover, comment pages are uncentered, and the top search button is styled. Edit: missed whiting some text.
