Remove Calendar and Login Forms?

Description:

Mostly a color edit.

Avaxhome has introduced a collapsible categories menu. Unfortunately, it is always expanded by default, taking up huge vertical space. I've changed the behavior so that the categories menu is initially collapsed instead of expanded. The categories can be seen by clicking on the blue "Subcategories" heading.
