Kinox.to - No Ads, Minimalist (Black Edition)

Tested succesfully on Firefox 4.0 and Google Chrome 10.648.151
PS: I was'nt able to remove the big Ad which becomes visible for unregistered users, but i made the link big and removed the iframe. So it's very easy to close it now. I can only suggest the Firefox-Addon: "Adblock Plus" if you don't want to register. It removes everything to do with Ad's etc. Very handy for Ad's like this one.
(!) Note for users another Kino.to styles: Do not forget to turn them off before using this one.
(!) For black rating images, change the theme to a dark one before applying this. (like saw or dark)

- Attention unregistered users: The big Ad isn't selectable by css anymore. (cuz of randomly generated css orders)
Close link is still big and i have added background-color for more visibilty. I don't know how long it'll work :)
