Description:

The purpose of this style is to remove all the annoying toolbars, dropdowns, and popups that frequently serve to distract me from pages I would otherwise enjoy. This will also strip unnecessary fluff from many websites (supplemental footers, self-promotional content, etc.)

This style will remove the following elements:
Wikia: the floating footer
1UP.com floating header bars
AddThis toolbars, buttons, popups
Afterdawn context-word popup ads
WibYa toolbars
AddToAny toolbars
AddToAny Dropdown
Reuters toolbar
CNET toolbar
WordPress snapshot popups
SoundCloud track comment popups.
Mediafire "Pro" ad footer
Cracked.com silver bars
IGN toolbar, AssociatedContent.com minibar
Gizmodo's permalink ad video
... and a few more. They're all commented with labels.

All of the elements have been commented, so if you use the style and are suddenly missing something, search the style for the site domain that you're on and you should find it for removal.
