Working on the next update for http://freestyler.ws/style/38109/userstyles-org-uso-stylish.

- Restored compatibility with IE9
- Changed presentation of User CP (edit/delete links on Style and User pages)
- Changed presentation of screenshots with added effects (cropped/uncropped thumb)
- Lightened overlay of lightbox
- Tightened up the code; added more code ;)
- plus a few dozen other little tweaks I can't remember at the moment
