Wide KDice

Description:

It seems that Kdice Style and Kdice FULL WIDTH does not works, so I wrote from scratch new style for KDice. Give yourself a better experience and focus on the game, hide unnecessary elements and resize website.

- Add text to log when is empty
- Expand collapsed Player Panel by hover

- Remove the header
- Remove the outline of the table, that appears during focus
