It makes all (BOW) Black Text on a White Background.

Instructions:
-- Screen Magnifier Users; Because of the need to see the Operating System (and Dialog Boxes)as
(WOB)White Text on a Black Background (i.e. in "Zoomtext" reverse video comes closest), you then have to Reverse the colors again to get the Browser and Page displayed as (WOB). That is what this style sheet does.
-- Ace Editor Users (i.e. Cloud9IDE and Firebug with Acebug); You will need three other styles -
