Prassel's Über Bitchin' Epic (4chan) Style AKA PÜBES

All this does is set 100% width and rounds off the corners on replies (and some other boxes), removes the top reply box/area/field/thingy (so you can only use quick-reply) and ugly separation lines (mainly the quad at the top of the page).
