Fixes minor annoyances when using Derpy oragnereds:
-It resizes the 'toggleuserbar' button so it fits the expanded userbar area nicely [RES]
-It makes the orangered hide properly when the userbar is toggled as such [RES]
-It centres the text components so they don't seem so awkward
-other sub specific fixes (read details, Let me know if you find any others!)

*Issues: (These aren't caused by this style, they just aren't fixed)
-The '>>' still aligns at the top of the 'userbartoggle' button, which looks rather odd. [RES]
-Various subs I haven't fixed yet
