Google User Interface Tweaks

v1.43 Update:
- Hides "Tasks" toggler in Google Calendar (if you don't want this feature, just go to the source code, search for "tasks toggler" and delete the code block immediately after)

Disclaimer:
I'm updating these as I notice things that bother me...xD

Features:
1.) Double scroll bar with chat window disabled so that chat and inbox scrolls with single scroll bar
2.) 'Reply', 'Reply All', and 'Forward' appear again in previous conversions in conversation view
3.) Ads hidden from Gmail, Google Search, and YouTube
4.) Hides "Tasks" toggler in Google Calendar (if you don't want this feature, just go to the source code, search for "tasks toggler" and delete the code block immediately after)

Installation:
1.) Install the Stylish add-on
2.) Click '+ Install with Stylish below'

2.) Conversation view



Troubleshooting:

If the tweaks aren't showing up or are affecting other websites, please do the following:

1.) Go to the tweak editor either by navigating to 'Settings -> Extensions -> Stylish (options) -> Edit' or 'Stylish -> Manage installed styles -> Edit'

2.) Make sure the 'Applies to' on the right panel is set to 'URLs on the domain' 'mail.google.com'

3.) Enable the tweak and you're good to go
