finaly found a way to only remove the 4.0 boxes in a clean coding way (thank you srazzano)

cleaned some useless codes, for now i`m very pleased with the results :)

manage to show the 3 info boxes with building time fleet/resource/building

only its a ugly way of coding, i manage to hide the update 4. smallbox behind the infocompete box

so it works only with the infocompete add-on, if you dont use that, you will see a small empty box

still looking for a nice clean solution, but for now it works :P

all pages are optimised, position change, main image removed, background image removed, mmo bar removed, officers bar removed, moon to right.

still looking for a solution to show only the small boxes for building state info, now i had to remove it al if i wanted to delete all 4.x crap

if you have an solution for that issue let me know, all other commands are welcome!
