autohide the menu & sidebar [CBS Local]

Description:

The header at the top of the page is collapsed to a thin horizontal strip and pinned to the top of the window, the sidebar on the right side of the page is collapsed to a thin vertical strip and pinned to the left edge of the window, and the footer at the bottom of the page is collapsed to a thin horizontal strip at the bottom of the page. Hover over any one of them to expand them again and display them on top of the page content.

Comments are suppressed because they're usually inflammatory and rarely useful or entertaining, and because it was too much trouble to add CSS to auto-hide them. Delete the styles under "no comment" to restore them, if you like.
