Hides The Jakarta Post's header, footer, and sidebar. (But not permanently - hover at the edges of the screen to restore them.)

This style is for http://www.thejakartapost.com/. The thin red and blue strips at the left edge of the screen are the collapsed header, footer, and sidebar. Mouse over a strip to restore the element.

01 Jul: Removed adverts that interfered with header placement in Chrome. (Why is it always Chrome?)
