It changes 4 things in League of Legends Forums.
1. Hides the avatar (obviously only mods have them, so why should we keep them?)
2. Makes nickname bigger (20px font)
3. Hides summoners code icon (to make things even)
4. Displays posts of people that didn't accept the code as opaque. (stops discrimination of them)
First install FreeStyler to use this style.
