Another recolor for DS. This time, blue. I forsee little use of any of these, but here's a less halloweeny one just for fun.

Changes from the original:
Chat box colors - Slightly darker, to detect people using the old CSS background for invisible text.
Text colors - Light blue, Blue.
Backgrounds - Black.
Background image url - Property exists, no url specified. Experiment!
