Autohide the header, footer, and right sidebar. Reduces the clutter without removing content.

Header and footer are collapsed and represented with site icons in the upper-left and lower-left corners of the screen. The right sidebar is collapsed to a thin gray strip at the left edge of the screen. Mouse over the placeholder to restore the hidden content.
