I changed the background to be a little darker, removed some of the rounded corners (not a fan), changed the font to Helvetica (not sure if this works for everyone, you have to have Helvetica CE installed maybe?).



This is mostly just for me, but I saw on the forums some other folks also had trouble reading the site, so maybe some other people will find it useful also.



Update 4: There were canvas-yellow borders around the thumbnails which were bugging me, so I changed them to be grey and also put a black outline around the thumbnails.



Update 3: Removed the dark grey background in favor of the newly-placed wood texture, which I like a lot.



Update 2: removed the drop shadow on a lot of the fonts (all the "normal" text, kept it on the headers and links though). Not only did I not like the look of it everywhere, it also seems like it was slowing down the browsing speed when zoomed in... Maybe that's just me though! Anyway, changed that.



Update 1: Made the top bar dark like the original layout. It's a little more calming IMO :)
