ReviewBoard - adjust remove colors

Description:

Removes the background colors in the ReviewBoard diff viewer, but leaves the color in the line number columns.
It also leaves the highlighting of the changed text in replaced lines.

This is written as a global style change so that it can be
used with any reviewboard server.
