Minimalises the WikiFoo sites. Appears to work well for every site and language I've tested sofar (which is anything but an exhaustive selection).
Generalised from Wikipedia (English) - Minimalist and Wikipedia (English) - Another Minimalist; fixes a content-flash bug appearing in both (with the tabs above articles). Influenced by the johnie1@userstyles's 'Minimalist' series.
