This style only replaces small logos on result pages and other services (Reader, Calendar, Maps, &c.), use something else if you want to replace the big logo on home page. It doesn't work on Google+ or with mobile versions either. I need better name for this style.

The picture used as logo was found posted by Anonymous pony on http://www.ponychan.net/chan/pic/res/676503.html#742020 and it's probably the same as used within the userscript https://userscripts.org/scripts/show/123147. It seems to be an edited screen capture form episode 5 of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I only cropped, resized, and space-optimized it before inserting into this style.
