Description:
(userstyle does not like attribute "align" :) )
Displays the content with the full width and optimal height.
Removes all (hopefully) ad containers.
Tested for the home page, article pages, screenshot overviews, screenshots and the forum.
Feel free to leave a comment if you have suggestions or you found a bug.
