Description:

Hides the Microsoft Dev Center header, footer, and sidebar. (But not permanently - hover at the edges of the screen to restore them.)

The horizontal gray stripes in the upper-left and lower-right corners of the screen are the collapsed header and footer. The blue line at the left edge of the screen is the collapsed sidebar. Mouse over them to restore the element.
