Description:

Makes Github wiki pages more readable by hiding the massive whitespace caused by the wiki page list.

The page list was introduced in this update: https://github.com/blog/1828-wikis-now-with-more-love

The page list causes a huge amount of whitespace on the side of the wiki page, which decreases the text area for the wiki. This can be very annoying if the wiki page uses code elements, as they don't get wrapped around. This style hides the page list and the white space it causes.
