Simple style requested by another user. Hides the Previous Item and Next Item buttons in Google Reader.

Please Note: In response to a comment I modified this style to hide the whole viewer-footer section. When I first wrote the style I rejected hiding the bar. The concern I have is that Google could add other buttons to this section which would also be hidden. When I looked at the page today I realized that it was hiding the buttons but not recovering any screen space.
