For people who stays up at night and doesn't enjoy the bright screen from DotA 2 and CSGOLounge.

- Updated for https

- Made all the bright elements darker
- Teams on the frontpage have had their pictures removed (they were uploaded with a bright gradient color)
- Removed Twitch chat on live matches to not interfer with userstyles for twitch.tv
- Removed option for boxed skin version due to problems with the CSS overlay
- Removed social media on the right menu and cleaned it up
- Removed the icons infront of 'Trades, Bets' etc. They were uploaded with a bright color

- Added csgolounge.com
- Changed the background-color of items
- Removed text-shadow on text
- MLG streams is now showing
