2012-12-04: Minor fixes.

2012-12-02: Using Ubuntu font, the page body is now (at maximum) 1,000 pixels wide and centered horizontally, and some other minor visual changes.

2010-12-04: Some minor tweaks.

2010-09-14: Fixed so that it will work after 2008.
