Description:

Extends the content on RT sites to 90% of screen width, while removing the top, bottom and sidebars on all pages. This version also changes the background colour to black, mostly to allow others to edit the background colour further themselves.

Edit - included code from KWierso to expand header to full size, including RTSE drop-down menus.
