Century Midtown occupies an area of over 100 acres. Twenty high-rise structures are included in the project. The towers are comprised of 28 floors and 2B+G+28 floors, which are home to 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments and plots. It provides a total of 2000 apartments and 800 plots. Greenery, trees, gardens, and open areas comprise over 80% of the available open space.
